Steep & Stretch blends an all-levels guided stretch with tea from Great Day Latte, restorative sound, and space for conversation. Come move, sip, and settle into your week at an easier pace.

$30 per person. Each ticket is valid for one date and includes the full experience plus one tea from Great Day Latte.

Guided movement led by Sarah D., a 500-hour registered yoga teacher and movement facilitator, followed by restorative sound and conversation.

❋ What to Bring

All levels are welcome, and no previous yoga experience is required. Mats, bolsters, and blankets provided on first come-first served basis. Bring your own pillows and blankets just in case.
